Flush cutters snip the end of a thin piece of jewelry wire, leaving it even, or flush. Flush cutters have finer, sharper edges that help them avoid leaving a ridge on the wire, sometimes called a pinch. Flush cutters are designed for a specific thickness of wire – this model is not recommended to cut any thicker than 12 gauge soft wire. Do not cut steel or memory wire with these cutters. Exceeding the recommended range risks denting the cutting edges and significantly impairing or even damaging your cutters. These cutters are extremely sharp – extreme care and attention must be used. Store with tips covered – best to store in the original packaging when not in use. Not for use by children.
