No. Shipping costs are dependent on the destination and the volumetric weight of the item. The system can calculate shipping costs and this is shown on the checkout page. If you are located in Trinidad, there is also the option for in-store pickup so that you have options that best suits you. If you are located in Tobago, your order will be sent via TTPOST. If you are located outside of Trinidad and Tobago, your order will be sent via international courier.
The price of products does not include Customs duties or value-added tax, Price on checkout includes product prices, shipping costs and (product processing services) handling costs.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination territory.
Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders, therefore orders shipped outside of Trinidad and Tobago may be subject to import taxes, customers dues, fees and levies. Each country/region has its own laws and regulations for Customs policies. You will be required to declare the value of the goods for clearance at your country’s port of entry. If Customs duties or value-added taxes are levied, it is common to pay an additional fee to customs when the package arrives in your country, however we are unable to predict these costs as the destination country’s laws. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
